These are some very indistinct flowers. I'm not sure I would identify them as flowers if someone just handed me the sheet. I vote to deny -- what does everyone else think?

I think this record should still stand cause Felix also drew happy faces on the flowers which should be part of the record, the new record holder James did not do this!!! Check it out URDB!!

Sorry, but those are not tulips. Tulips are bulbous flowering plants. What Felix drew look most similar to buttercups. 13 buttercups in 120 seconds.
