- must balance rola bola on a smooth surface
- must use a standard computer keyboard
- must use regulation-size table tennis ball
- rola bola cylinder circumference must be 6 inches or greater
- may only use one hand
- ball must not touch body or ground
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
