Brian Pankey completed 22 bounces of a table tennis ball on a table tennis paddle while juggling two balls on his other hand and spinning a basketball on top of a mouthstick held in his mouth.

Rules

- must use regulation-sized basketball
- must use a 45-degree mouthstick
- must use two juggling balls
- must use a table tennis ball and paddle
- must spin basketball on top of mouthstick
- mouthstick must be held in mouth
- must juggle two balls while spinning basketball and bouncing table tennis on paddle
- counting starts when everything is in sync
- must provide video evidence
