656 limericks

Rules

- Every limerick counted must be an original work by the record holder.
- Each different limerick counts once; revised versions of the same limerick and poems by other authors quoted for comparison do not count.
- Each limerick must be a short poem in limerick form, generally five lines rhyming AABBA, in any language.
- All limericks must appear in a single book, printed or digital.
- Evidence must show the book's full contents, such as the complete book file or a link to the published edition, so the count can be checked.
