Rules

- Attempt must be performed by an individual age 65 or older - Machine type must be plate-loaded or clearly labeled with weight used - Total weight must be verified on video, either by close-up of plates or readable stack - Full reps must be performed with visible range of motion from top to bottom - Arms must fully extend at the bottom of each rep - No assistance from spotters or other body parts (e.g. legs, shoulders) - Back must remain in contact with the bench or pad throughout the attempt - Only controlled reps count (no bouncing or jerking the weight) - Video must be uncut and show the entire attempt from start to finish - Age and bodyweight must be stated or shown on screen - Any disabilities or medical conditions may be noted but do not alter the rep standard - Equipment type (e.g. leverage machine) must be noted in the submission description - Must be performed in a public or verifiable gym setting - Verbal count or on-screen counter encouraged for clarity
