- in no particular order, must get best three times for the following rope climbs within one workout session: 1) seated start arms only 12-foot rope climb 2) seated start L-sit climb keeping legs straight and parallel to ground 3) knee tuck rope climb where there is a knee tuck for each arm climb
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
