Rules

- must perform in order and as demonstrated by original record holder
- must use fully inflated soccer ball and steel straight pull-up bar in all exercises
- legs must remain straight for duration of attempt
- must perform in the following order: 10 minutes of straight leg rigid L pull-ups with soccer ball between feet, 10 minutes of soccer ball straight leg 45-90 degree lifts with ankle touches (legs and ball must remain off ground) with 6 to 12-inch holds in rest, 10 minutes of straight leg rigid L chin-ups with soccer ball between feet
- must provide video evidence
