- must start in arms and extension and hold for each rep
- must end with with arms bent to at least 90 degrees and hold for the number of reps i.e. 1 rep is 1-second hold, two reps is 2-second hold, three reps is 3-second hold, etc.
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
