Rules

- must keep rest arm behind back with palm facing up
- must keep rest leg bent at 90 degrees with knee next to moving leg's knee
- moving leg must leap straight back, then jump forward and land foot under abs
- attempt ends if record setter lose balance or fails to hold same opposite arm and leg in plank
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
