Rules

- must perform deep squat in the first minute and push-ups in the second minute
- must bend knees and break 90 degrees on each squat
- must return to extension for reps to count
- push-up must be in a plank position
- must observe RecordSetter push-up criteria during exercises
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
