- may complete 500 reps in any order of the five exercises: 100 decline push-ups (two-feet elevation) ,100 deep squats with arms held out, 100 bar dips on steel bar with arms in extension then breaking 90 degrees, 100 strict pull-up on steel straight bar (palm away grip), 100 reps of 90-degree knee to elbow exercise (keep arms bent at 90 degrees with palm away grip)
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
