Rules
- relay must consist of three people
- no sighting devices allowed on bows
- an archery point equals one second and the total archery points are deducted off the final time
- must perform in same order as original video: first person runs 200 yards, complete 15 push-ups in a row, perform 10 yards of 180 degree jump squats, and shoots two arrows at 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 yard targets; second person runs 200 yards, complete 15 push-ups in a row and 10 yards of karaoke, and shoots two arrows at 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 yard targets; third person runs 200 yards, complete 15 push-ups in a row, perform 10 yards of jump squats, and shoots two arrows at 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 yard targets
