Rules

- must use steel straight bar
- must use pull-up (palm away) grip
- must wave one hand for duration of attempt
- must keep legs straight together
- must maintain 90-degree flexed one-arm hang
- must perform L lifts bringing legs together parallel to ground for a rep to count
- must perform one arm and then the other arm for total score
- legs may not touch ground
- must provide video evidence
