Rules

- must use a fully inflated Swiss ball measuring at least 64 inches in diameter
- must perform on a hard surface
- must perform 15 Swiss ball leg lifts with straight legs coming to at least 90 degrees on reps for every minute
- must hold ball with feet for duration of attempt
- must keep legs straight
- may not touch ground
- may only rest legs parallel to the ground 6-12 inches off the ground
- score is based on the minute in which 15 reps were succesfully completed
- must provide video evidence
