- exercises must be consecutive with no rest between exercises
- must remain in plank position for duration of attempt
- losing balance or getting out of a plank results in failure of attempt
- must perform five different leaping mountain climbers for one minute each in order as demonstrated in the original video
- in one-armed events, the rest arm must stay behind the back with palm facing up
- final score equals total reps of five exercises
- must provide video evidence
