Rules

- must perform exercise as shown in original video
- must hold a one-armed and one-legged plank with the same side for the entire five minutes
- attempt ends if record setter fails to hold same-sided one-armed and one-legged plank for the full five minutes
- rest arm must stay behind the back with palm facing up
- must use same leg for leaping for entire duration
- must keep rest leg bent at 90 degrees with knee next to moving leg's knee
- moving leg must leap straight back and then jump forward and land foot under abs
- must provide video evidence
