Rules

- must weigh in and show weight and backpack weight of 40% of record setter’s weight
- 10 exercises must be performed continuously
- must perform each exercise in less than six minutes after finishing previous exercise
- all floor exercises must be performed on hard, flat surface
- hanging exercises must only use steel straight bar; the final score is the total reps from the 10 exercises
- must follow rules and perform 10 exercises as shown in original record
- must follow the events in order:  1) Most consecutive knee tucks  2) 15 minutes of sit up-flutter crossovers  3) Most consecutive knee tucks with 5-pound weights on each ankle 4) Most flutter press in five minutes with 40% of record setter’s body weight in backpack 5) Most consecutive double bar flexed hang knee tucks 6) Three minutes of straight leg curl up with 10-pound medicine ball 7) Most consecutive Double bar flexed hang knee tucks with 5 pound weights on each ankle 8) Most consecutive feet together straight arms - hands to knee raises 9) Consecutive straight arm and Leg L hang Leg lifts 10) Most "stretch out" pushups in one minute Must provide evidence of entire event
