Rules

- must use a Myachi
- must perform over-and-under by tossing Myachi from the back of the hand and doing a near-360 in one direction, followed by a near-360 in the opposite direction in mid-air before catching Myachi on the back of the hand
- must start & catch the Myachi on back of hand
- over-and-under tricks must be consecutive; count resets if Myachi is dropped
- over-and-under must be fully completed within the time frame; incomplete tricks will be deducted from the final total
- must provide video evidence
