Brian Pankey flashed four machetes in a juggling pattern while spinning a basketball on a mouthstick held in his mouth and standing on a rola bola.

NOTE: This attempt is dangerous and should only be attempted by trained professionals.

- must use hardware store-bought machetes that are at least 23 inches in length
- must use regulation-sized basketballs
- must use a 45-degree mouthstick
- must toss machetes individually in a juggling pattern
- must catch all machetes
- must keep basketball spinning on top of mouthstick while flashing machetes and balancing on rola bola
- mouthstick must be held in mouth
- rola bola must conform to RecordSetter rola bola criteria
- must perform attempt on a smooth surface
- must observe RecordSetter balancing criteria
- must provide video evidence
