- must attach two 14-foot long ropes to the ceiling at least five feet apart
- must climb ropes without using legs for assistance
- must keep medicine ball between legs for duration of attempt
- must climb up the rope and invert at the top touching the ceiling with both feet
- timing stops when feet touch the ground
- may use chalk
- may not use strap to hold the ball
- may not slide on the rope
- must provide video evidence
