Brian Pankey performed four consecutive one-handed four-ball flashes in 15 seconds.

- must use four balls measuring at least 2.5 inches in diameter
- may only use one hand throughout attempt
- must toss balls in a juggling pattern
- flashes must be consecutive
- must catch balls individually
- once flash is tossed and caught, record setter may readjust fourth ball on top of three ball triangle 
- may not drop balls
- must provide video evidence
