My dear elegant Eleanor! I guess the problem lies close. You don't analyze your recruitment statistics and thus can't see if any of your potential applicant lies. They may exaggerate their skills easily. if you go thru this https://www.talenteria.com/recruitment-analytics reading you will see that there are instruments that companies use to have the best staff force. I will not be surprised if someone tells me that even Big-4 employers use it.

Hi Naveed, I have a question particularly to you. How did you find that consulting company? We run a small business, maybe we to contact them? We try to hire good staff, but only underqualified people come. Don't know what the problem could be.

Hi Emily, the best tip for other employers is to empower your employees to make stuff happen. This idea was embraced on the executive level, and the ground work was led by a collaborative team effort. We may even do this again, just for fun!
