- must be standing still at start of attempt
- must run on a flat surface
- must measure and run across a line 30 feet away
- must run backwards for duration of attempt
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence

    Nice attempt. Couple things: 1. Didn't see you finish. Seems like he stopped the watch early, based on the sound of you running, but we can't be sure since we didn't see you cross the line. World record can't be established. 2. Hard to watch sideways. Need a better camera crew. Basically it's a do-over, I think.
