- must use regulation-size table tennis ball and paddle

- timing starts as soon as ball leaves hand

- must keep ball bouncing for one minute

- paddle and ball may not touch ground

- only paddle bounces are counted, ricochets from other objects do not count

- must follow form of current world record holder

- must provide video evidence
