AAD 180 Architecture Students and Professor Glenn Nowak of the University of Nevada – Las Vegas along with the UNLV Rebel Recycling Program built a cardboard box fort made of 2,249 boxes.

The cardboard box fort was displayed at the Student Union Courtyard as an attraction for their Festival of Communities and GreenFest events. They set the record to support and promote the importance of recycling.

- tape and other adhesives permitted
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
