Derrick Clark completed 31 consecutive jump squats in 30 seconds.

- jump squats must be consecutive, a missed jump squat resets the count
- jump squats that fall outside of the 30 second mark will be deducted from the final total
- must provide video evidence

    Kamal Amani did not follow the correct form to compete in this record category, He could set a record in a category for "Most Jumps in 30 Second." He is not doing squat jumps. All the other recordsetters jump in the air and extend their legs and then return to a bent squat position at 90 degrees. Kamal does NOT extend his legs in air and he does NOT then return to a bent squat position, therefore he should NOT be holding this record.
