- must use steel bar
- body must remain free hanging for duration of attempt
- no assistance allowed
- feet are not allowed to touch ground
- arms must break 90 degrees and return to full extension for each rep
- no leg movements allowed
- body must remain vertical for duration of attempt
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
