- must successfully flick an unmodified almond (no shell) through goal post
- may flick a half almond or full one
- must use a single finger to flick almond
- distance measured from location almond is flicked to goal post
- must lay out tape measure on floor to provide precise measurement
- goal post must be made by touching tips of thumbs and holding up forefingers at 90-degree angle to resemble football goal post
- goal post must remain stationary during attempt
- must attempt record on a flat surface
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must submit video evidence to RecordSetter.com
