    For the record, are you able to ride continuously or do you have to idle?

      Hi David, Kip set the initial record by idling and lowering the weights below his knees on each rep. I followed his pattern -- and to be honest, it is harder idling than riding continuously. So, I think that someone should be idling to challenge this record. Best, Jim

      Well then your record is safe...that is unless I learn to idle. I've already uploaded a video of kettlebell unicycling, perhaps barbell unicycling wouldn't be too different.
