Who really couldn’t do a hat trick
His pants are big
And falls when he digs
But now he never touches a pick.

    Unfortunately this submission is denied; a limerick has to follow a specific rhyming pattern -- the last word needs to rhyme the last words of the first two lines, and "poem" doesn't rhyme "time" or "rhyme".
