831 videos were shot at The Open Video Conference’s dance party, a new world record.The party took place in New York City on October 1, 2010.

URDB officials Evan Altshuler and Emily Miethner were present to oversee the feat. Verisign.tv sponsored the event.

Participants submitted videos in three different ways:

Uploaded videos to a social network and tagged them with #dottvparty.
Uploaded videos to openvideoconference.org.
Downloaded ecaster.tv mobile app and uploaded videos to openvideo.tv.

Rules

- no person may shoot more than five videos
