Dhani Jones tied a LIVESTRONG bow tie around URDB President Dan Rollman’s neck in 13.59 seconds, a new world record.

Jones set the record during URDB’sBreakCancer party at the SXSW Festival in Austin, Texas. Dan Rollman and Corey Henderson were present as witnesses.
