We think only a record holder can know what you go through to set a record, so we only let people that
have already set world records downvote other people's records.

Go set a record! If you can think of it, you can set a new world record for it.
This is a great category but poor video. At no point does the video clearly exhibit 22 tops spinning. Future submissions in this category should launch tops one at a time so it's possible to count them. Also: Is this a two-person record? It seems adding more people would create a distinctly unfair advantage. I think it should be retitled Most Tops Spun At Once By A Duo.
