have already set world records downvote other people's records.

Go set a record! If you can think of it, you can set a new world record for it.

If not, how is it beatable? There are only so many one-letter symbols.

Actually, look again at 11 of the first 12. For example, He contains both H (hydrogen) and He (helium).
