We think only a record holder can know what you go through to set a record, so we only let people that
have already set world records downvote other people's records.
What can I do?
Go set a record! If you can think of it, you can set a new world record for it.
The only point I can see in favor of not changing the rules is that Starbursts can be rather sticky, providing assistance to the record setter in filling their hand.

I think the criteria should say they have to be wrapped so they don't stick together which would make it easier.
