- candies must be balanced on elbow in a single tower
- candies must be wrapped
- all candies must be caught; dropped or missed candies invalidate the attempt
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence

    another part of this criteria that I stated was this is only one vertical tower only. no additional rows or multiple towers allowed

    For records involving balancing items on elbow and catching them, I wonder if we should start creating rules that ALL items balanced on elbow must be caught. I love this category, but the dropped candy brings down the impressiveness a bit. There are other categories that have this, too. Brian, what do you think?
