Adam Pollock spelled out “I (Heart) PICKLED HERRING” with pickled herring and ate it in three minutes, 33.81 seconds. Timing began when he started spelling, and stopped when he’d finished eating. Herring for the record was donated by Russ amp; Daughters.

Pollock achieved the feat on August 12, 2009 at a World Record Appreciation[] society event in New York City. Dan Rollman and Corey Henderson were present as witnesses.

NOTE: Stuffing food in your mouth can be dangerous. Please use caution and have adult supervision on-hand.
