any record that has to do with hand coordination skill I am proud to vote for I think the title should say - fastest time to do 1000 speed bag rebounds - the time I got was one minute & 20 seconds

Incredibly impressive boxing, but how exactly are we counting these? 1000 is a bit of a round number and "approximately two minutes" is too vague as well.
