Yan Grinshteyn took 20 minutes and 24.09 seconds to eat a bowl of cereal. Timing began with the first bite, and ended when the bowl was completely empty, milk included. Grinshteyn set the record eating Cap’n Crunch[].

The feat was achieved at Grinshteyn’s New York City apartment on the morning of May 4, 2009.

- must use regular-sized cereal bowl
- bowl must be 2/3 filled with cereal
- all cereal must be covered with milk before record begins
- timing stops when last bite of cereal is swallowed and milk is consumed
- may not leave bowl/cereal for duration of record
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
