Brian Pankey juggled two juggling rings with one hand while spinning a basketball on one finger, spinning a basketball on a mouthstick held in his mouth and standing on a rola bola.

- must use standard 13-inch diameter juggling rings
- must use a regulation-sized basketball
- must use a 45-degree mouthstick
- must stay on rola bola throughout record attempt
- must toss the rings individually one-handed in a juggling pattern
- must qualify with the juggle
- must keep basketball spinning on top of mouthstick simultaneously throughout record and the ball spinning on finger throughout record attempt
- rola bola must conform to RecordSetter rola bola criteria
- must perform attempt on a smooth surface
- must observe RecordSetter balancing criteria
- must provide video evidence
