    Is a Flintstone barbell a standard weight? Also we should specify that these are overhead chest presses?

      As a former powerlifter, these are indeed over head presses. They have to come down past your chin, touch the body and be pushed into the lockout position (elbows locked, arms straight) which he does do in the video seen above.

      As far as the Flintstone question, I cant give you an answer there.

      The only thing I can say, when it comes to practice reps. Overhead lifts, there is no standard weight, its moreso what the lifter feels comfortable pressing. Overhead lift isnt exactly a competition press, unless you were referring to the clean and jerk technique

      Flintstone barbells, from what I understand, just refer to the fact that the end weights are granite.
