- must perform raw bench press (without the aid of a bench press shirt)

    Wow! Clint, Wikipedia says a full U.S. keg weighs 160.5 pounds: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keg#U.S.kegsizes

    Where did you get your weight from? I think it's actually more.

    Also, I suggest we change title to Most Reps Bench Pressing a Full Beer Keg

      Dan Thanks for the comment. It would be inaccurate to say a beer keg because it is full of Black Beauty blasting sand, I tried to get the Keg at 150 lbs but ended up with 152. I could probably get the KEG over 200 lbs if I completely filled it with Black Beauty blasting sand. It is very awkward and heavy, but a lot of fun. I have several Kegs of varying weight and I am slowly establishing records with them.
