- must release and grab bar with both hands at the top of each rep
- arms must come down to a full extension at the bottom of each rep
- legs must be kept straight
- only heels may be on the floor
- bar must be at least 24 inches off the ground
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
