have already set world records downvote other people's records.

Great questions, Marc. We changed the record title from "man" to "person" since the taco suit wearer's gender isn't really relevant. We added "must throw one piece of chalk at a time" to ensure a level of fairness in the category. We didn't address the fact that many pieces of chalk didn't hit the taco suit wearer, as the person who submitted it didn't enforce such a rule.
