We do this all the time over standing people, and we're aware we havent come close to the world record (because it is much, more than 10, which is pretty easy when they are laying down. Hell, lil b (the cheer tumbler) who did 10 people when he was like 13-14 years old.

There's a kid on YouTube that does a double front flip (with no trampoline or springboard, nonetheless) over 15 people. Granted, they were lying down.
