I'm with Rob; I'd love to see some examples of the communities (links, maybe?), how they were brought together, what sort of posts were made.

Hi Rob, what else do you want to know? We provide a free service for patients, so they can set up an online support network of friends and family. We counted up the number of communities created and the number of supporters as well as the content created in each community. The content includes posts from patients updating their support networks and guest messages left for patients by friends and family. Any suggestions to make it more clear? You can visit our website at www.mylifeline.org

Wish there was more information. I feel a little in the dark with all of this.
