Darryl Learie performed a one-armed three-finger plank exercise[]without using his thumbs and pinkies on a sheet of sandpaper. He remained balanced in position for 13.76 seconds.

- may only use one arm during the attempt
- attempt must be performed on concrete or cement
- one sheet of sand paper is allowed for stabilization
- thumbs and pinkies may not touch ground
- must provide video evidence
