Most Muscle-Up Exercises While Wearing Snorkeling Mask, Snorkel, And Fins

Gym Director Cy Platt of the Victory Gymnastics Academy performed 10 muscle-up exercises while wearing a snorkeling mask, snorkel, and fins. The record was set during National Gymnastics Day 2013 at the Victory Gymnastics Academy in San Diego, California.

- arms must lock out on top of the rings
- each muscle-up must begin from a hang with arms completely straight and the rings turned out
- feet may not touch the ground
- snorkel must remain in record setter's mouth for duration of attempt
- kipping or swinging is not allowed
- muscle-ups must be consecutive
- rests may not be more than five seconds
- must provide video evidence

    Not sure that 10th one was locked out - nevertheless, still a FANTASTIC job! I can't even fathom doing 10 strict muscle ups unbroken (or one, for that matter)

      Alex, do you mean the 10th rep where Cy holds on top for 4 seconds? We feel pretty confident that his arms were locked out there.
