Rules

- must show clock or timer for duration of attempt
- must use steel straight bar
- must perform one minute of pull-ups followed by one minute of chin-ups
- may only take a maximum of 6 minutes rest after minute of pull-ups
- must start with arms in full extension, dead hang position with chin coming over bar
- must use palm away grip for pull-ups
- must use palm toward you grip for chin-ups
- must provide full video including rest time between events
- no leg movements allowed
- must provide full body, front, and chin views
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must submit video evidence
