Rules

- must perform exercises as demonstrated in the original video
- must start with arm in full extension
- must keep two-foot rope around legs for the duration of the attempt
- must show length of the rope
- must keep feet less than two feet apart
- must twist on every reps
- must maintain one-arm plank for the duration of the attempt
- must rest the other arm behind the back with the palm facing up
- must perform five consecutive minutes in one arm then another five minutes with the other arm
